<div dir="ltr"><div>All,</div><div><br></div><div>This morning, the NWS has put into operational status the National Water Prediction Service (NWPS) at this URL: <a href="https://water.noaa.gov/">https://water.noaa.gov/</a> The NWPS is the replacement for the AHPS system which was where users could access the latest observations and forecasts for river points as well as tide gauges. NWPS includes all the functionality of AHPS, plus more -- including access to information from the National Water Model. The NWPS also allows much more user interaction and the ability to overlay warning and analysis data. <br></div><div><br></div><div>Please note that the links on our website under the "Rivers & Lakes" menu option will soon be updated to the NWPS webpage. Links that you might have that go to legacy AHPS pages will start to auto-direct to NWPS until late May, however after that time will cease to work. <br></div><div><br></div><div>
