Dear Emergency Managers and other partners,

Accumulating snow is likely across eastern New York and western New England late Sunday afternoon into early Monday morning.  There is potential for heavy snow in excess of 7 inches for portions of the area where Winter Storm Watches have been issued.  There is still considerable uncertainty regarding snowfall totals and resulting impacts from this system.
