Dear Emergency Managers and other partners,

Tonight -- record/near record cold possible many locations. Records look most vulnerable at Glens Falls (forecast 2F, record 5F), and Poughkeepsie (forecast 13F, record 14F).  Near record at Albany (forecast 10, record 7).  Low temperature forecast attached.

Sunday night into Monday - There is a chance of a light wintry mix, including freezing rain Sunday night through Monday night. A glaze of ice is possible, especially late Sunday night into Monday morning. This may lead to icy conditions on untreated ground surfaces for the Monday morning commute. Ice accretion forecast attached.

Monday night into early Tuesday - another bout of a light wintry mix is possible, including freezing rain. Again, icy conditions are possible for untreated surfaces during the Tuesday morning commute.
