Dear Emergency Managers and other partners,

No changes to current flood watches across the region.

Flood Watch & Flash Flood Watch continue for all of eastern New York and western New England for tonight into the weekend.  The combination of melting snow in the Adirondacks & southern Green Mountains, heavy rainfall and already saturated soils will lead to a risk for river flooding and possible flash flooding beginning tonight.

Please see attached briefing for further details.
