Dear Emergency Managers and other partners,

Light to moderate snow will expand across the region late tonight and taper off on Thursday morning.  Most areas will see a coating to 3 inches, although some higher terrain areas within Herkimer, Hamilton, Fulton, Bennington and Windham Counties will see 3 to 6 inches.  This snowfall will result in slippery conditions across the entire region, impacting the morning commute on Thursday.
