Dear Emergency Managers and other partners,

WHAT & WHEN: 
A widespread moderate to significant snowfall is possible Tuesday/Tuesday night 
Period of mixed precipitation including sleet and freezing rain with ice accumulations is possible Tuesday night  especially south I-90

WHERE:  
Eastern New York and adjacent western New England

IMPACTS:
Difficult to dangerous travel conditions possible for the evening commute Tuesday with impacts to the Wednesday morning commute especially north of I-90

UNCERTAINTY:
The storm is still 3 days out so there is uncertainty in forecast regarding timing, precipitation types and amounts
