Dear Emergency Managers and other partners,

No significant changes to the ongoing forecast.

A widespread soaking rainfall is expected Thursday through Thursday night. Some embedded thunderstorms with locally heavy downpours may occur during this period which could cause urban, low lying, poor drainage flooding along with rivers/streams approaching near bank-full. There is a low probability of isolated flash flooding as well.

See attached graphics for details. Rainfall amounts could end up being locally higher than depicted, especially where downpours are most persistent.
