We continue to monitor a winter storm expected to impact all of eastern NY and western New England Tuesday into Wednesday. We upgraded our Winter Storm Watches and Winter Weather Advisories to Winter Storm Warnings due to moderate to heavy snow and sleet accumulations as well as ice accumulations from freezing rain. Dangerous travel conditions are expected by Tuesday afternoon including the Tuesday evening commute. See the attached briefing for details.
