Dear Emergency Managers and other partners,

This Evening:
Pockets of light snow, sleet and freezing rain are possible across the southern Adirondacks, Lake George area and southern Vermont. A light glaze of ice could lead to slippery conditions on any untreated surfaces.

Friday into the Weekend:
With milder temperatures and some rainfall expected, river ice may break up and or move on Friday into the weekend. There will be a localized threat for ice jam flooding on area rivers.
