**** The information in this email pertains to the following areas only:**** *- In Connecticut: Litchfield County* *- In Massachusetts: Berkshire County* *- In Vermont: Bennington & Windham Counties* *- In New York: Albany, Columbia, Dutchess, Fulton, Hamilton, Herkimer, Montgomery, Greene, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Schoharie, Ulster, Warren and Washington Counties* Dear Emergency Managers and other partners, - A Flood Watch remains in effect for areas mainly along and north of Interstate 90 and for southern Vermont for late tonight into early Tuesday morning for river flooding. - A Wind Advisory has been issued mainly for areas along and south of Interstate 90 for this afternoon into tonight. Strong winds may bring down tree limbs, some trees, and powerlines, leading to isolated to scattered power outates. - The threat for additional areal flooding and severe thunderstorms has ended.
