**** The information in this email pertains to the following areas only:**** *- In Connecticut: Litchfield County* *- In Massachusetts: Berkshire County* *- In Vermont: Bennington & Windham Counties* *- In New York: Albany, Columbia, Dutchess, Fulton, Hamilton, Herkimer, Montgomery, Greene, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Schoharie, Ulster, Warren and Washington Counties* Dear Emergency Managers and other partners, Flood and Flash Flood Watches remain in effect, except for the Schoharie Valley, Capital District, and Helderbergs where they have been cancelled. River levels continue to rise with river flooding possible through Sunday, mainly in the southern Adirondacks, Mohawk Valley, and Lake George Saratoga region. In addition, urban, small stream, and poor drainage flooding is possible within the watch areas, and isolated flash flooding cannot be ruled out through this afternoon.
