NWS Albany - Heavy Rainfall Potential & Dangerous Heat Conditions - issued 455 AM Tuesday July 16, 2019

Weather Predication Center has placed a 'Slight Risk' of excessive rainfall along and south of Interstate 90. Please refer to the attached briefing for additional information. Very warm and humid weather will develop later this week, with heat indices approaching or exceeding 100 degrees Friday, Saturday and Sunday afternoons. Heat Advisories and/or Excessive Heat Warnings may be needed. See attached PDF for forecast maximum heat index values Friday and Saturday.
