**** The information in this email pertains to the following areas only:**** *- In Connecticut: Litchfield County* *- In Massachusetts: Berkshire County* *- In Vermont: Bennington & Windham Counties* *- In New York: Albany, Columbia, Dutchess, Fulton, Hamilton, Herkimer, Montgomery, Greene, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Schoharie, Ulster, Warren and Washington Counties* Dear Emergency Managers and other partners, Several weather hazards are expected through Thursday. - Snow ends this evening with Winter Weather Advisories in effect until 10PM tonight. Hazardous travel is anticipated for the evening commutes today. - Confidence is high that snow squalls will occur tomorrow resulting in rapid changes in visibility and difficult travel conditions. Any snow squall will be brief, generally less than 1 hour. The best time frame for snow squalls will be between 10am and 5pm. The National Weather Service will issue short-lived Snow Squall Warnings as needed. - Cold temperatures are expected tomorrow night through Thursday night. Wind Chill Advisories may be needed for parts of the area, especially the southern Adirondacks, Catskills, Berkshires and southern Green Mountains.
