NWS Albany - Flood Watch for Heavy Rain and Possible River Flooding - 530 AM Thursday, April 18, 2019

This is in response to a large storm system expected to bring moderate to heavy rainfall to the region Friday evening through Saturday morning, on top of nearly saturated soil and elevated water levels.
