Light snow early this morning will change to sleet and freezing rain after sunrise, before ending as plain rain showers this afternoon. Areas north of I-90 may see a wintry mix linger into the evening hours, especially over the higher terrain. The combination of snow, sleet, and freezing rain will lead to hazardous travel conditions. A Wind Advisory has been issued for the southern Greens, northern/central Taconics, Berkshires, and western Adirondacks. Southeasterly winds will gust to around 50 mph today across the Advisory area.
