**** The information in this email pertains to the following areas only:**** *- In Connecticut: Litchfield County* *- In Massachusetts: Berkshire County* *- In Vermont: Bennington & Windham Counties* *- In New York: Albany, Columbia, Dutchess, Fulton, Hamilton, Herkimer, Montgomery, Greene, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Schoharie, Ulster, Warren and Washington Counties* Dear Emergency Managers and other partners, *Changes: Winter Storm Warning issued for portions of the Catskills, Berkshires and southern Vermont beginning 11 AM Sunday.* A *Winter Storm Watch* remains in effect from 7 am Sunday to 7 pm Monday for the remainder of eastern New York and western New England. Some sleet and freezing rain may mix in for Ulster, Dutchess, and Litchfield Counties Sunday night into Monday morning. The potential exists for 9 or more inches of snow in the Watch area.
