A few have already exceeded flood stage and we have issued flood warnings for those river points. Our Flood Watch remain in effect for this region until 1AM tonight. Eastern NY and western New England will stay mild tonight but we are closely monitoring an area of showers and thunderstorms in western NY and PA that may move into our region overnight. Any thunderstorm will be capable of producing heavy downpours which may lead to localized poor drainage or urbanized flooding.
