**** The information in this email pertains to the following areas only:**** *- In Connecticut: Litchfield County* *- In Massachusetts: Berkshire County* *- In Vermont: Bennington & Windham Counties* *- In New York: Albany, Columbia, Dutchess, Fulton, Hamilton, Herkimer, Montgomery, Greene, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Schoharie, Ulster, Warren and Washington Counties* Dear Emergency Managers and other partners, Ice Storm Warning and Winter Storm Warnings remain in effect due to expected freezing drizzle and additional icing tonight. The main impacts continue to be power outages and tree damage, especially in western New England where wind gusts will remain between 30 and 35mph overnight. Snow and sleet is also expected tonight accumulating to between a coating and 1 inch across most of the region. The combination of icing and snow/sleet accumulations could lead to a slippery Tuesday morning commute in the warned areas. See the attached briefing for details.
