Wind Gusts, Rain, Snow Accumulation Changes Since Last Full Briefing:

We still anticipate that strong winds and heavy rain will be the main impacts felt by most people during this event. Coastal flooding risks appear greatest in southern CT closer to high tide, with minor splashover for vulnerable shoreline roads in eastern MA. Up to 4 inches of wet snow may coat trees across the Berkshires.
