This morning's EM Briefing mentioned the low risk for short lived tornadoes across the western third of Massachusetts and northwest Connecticut. We are following up to notify you that a Tornado Watch has been issued for Hartford, Hampden, Hampshire, and Franklin counties until 10pm.
