Hello everyone,
There is the potential for a few rounds of scattered severe thunderstorms across southern New England beginning late Saturday afternoon and continuing through much of Saturday night.
The greatest likelihood is in western Massachusetts and northern Connecticut, but they are possible in eastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island, too. (See attached outlook)
In addition to damaging straight line winds and large hail, there is also the possibility of isolated tornadoes with this system.
Please keep in touch with the latest forecasts and possible watches and warnings Saturday afternoon and night.
