Good morning,
A winter weather advisory has been issued for portions of western MA and and CT due to expected freezing rain tomorrow morning into tomorrow afternoon. Ice accumulations are generally expected to be less than 0.1 inches with the exception of isolated amounts up to 0.1 inches in Berkshire county. Additional details can be found in the attached one page briefing. We've also attached an animation that estimates the timing and location of precipitation type.
Beyond tomorrow we're expecting potentially dangerously cold wind chill temperatures both Monday and Tuesday nights. Forecast graphics for minimum wind chill temperatures are attached as well.
Have a great weekend,
Rob Megnia and Matthew Belk
