Attached is an updated one page briefing regarding the potential for dangerous heat on Thursday and Friday as well as a risk for strong to severe thunderstorms on Thursday.

Since our last update, we have issued a heat advisory for our CT counties, northern RI, and most of central and eastern MA. The advisory is in effect from 11am Thursday to 8 PM Friday and may need to be expanded into Saturday. Little has changed regarding the potential for severe thunderstorms on Thursday, but we expect to have new information with our next update tomorrow morning.
