Attached is a one-pager briefing for the localized flash flood threat across parts of interior southern New England Friday afternoon and evening. There is also a risk that a few storms could become severe, with damaging wind and hail being the main hazards. SPC has upgraded to a marginal risk of severe weather across central/W MA and northern CT.
