Good afternoon,

The latest briefing from NWS Boston/Norton on Tropical Storm Isaias, as of 11 am this morning, is attached. The main change is a heightened risk for a few tornadoes during this afternoon and evening. 

Also an item of note, the peak surge from Isaias may occur prior to this evening's high tide along south coastal MA/RI. Flood impacts are still expected to be minor.
