Good afternoon everyone,

Attached is a one-page briefing on Hurricane Isaias and its expected impacts on southern New England. Keep in mind forecast uncertainty is high in our region, since we are not sure whether or not Isaias will make landfall in Florida, brush the coast, or remain just offshore. We should begin to have a better idea over the weekend.
