Hello,

A storm moving up through the Midwest and St Lawrence Valley will bring rain to Southern New England from Monday late-afternoon through Tuesday morning.  Cold air at the start of the storm may cause areas of snow, freezing rain, and sleet during Monday night. Rising temperatures overnight will change all precipitation to rain.

Most at risk :  East Slopes of the Berkshires, Worcester Hills.
Also of concern : Northern Connecticut, Northern Rhode Island,  Northeast Massachusetts.
Starting time : Monday around 4 PM in the west, 5 PM Central Hills, 6-7 PM in the east.
Concerns :  Plan on slippery road and walkway conditions during the Monday night celebrations.
Ending time : Monday Night  8 PM to Midnight from south to north.
