You will find attached a one-page briefing on Hurricane Isaias and its expected impacts on southern New England. The main change with this forecast was to slow down timing a bit. 

Keep in mind forecast uncertainty is high in our region, since we are not sure if Isaias will make landfall in Florida, brush the coast, or remain just offshore.
