Good afternoon,
Following is our latest one-page briefing and supporting graphics displaying the event total snow and event total icing.
There have been no significant changes with this update. Winter Weather Advisories remain posted for portions of western and north-central Massachusetts as well as portions of northwest Connecticut.
We continue to emphasize that this will be a relatively low impact event, with slippery road conditions restricted to areas in and around the hills in northern Worcester County, the Berkshires and the Litchfield Hills. While some novelty flakes may fly in the lower elevations from the Connecticut River Valley eastward to Metrowest Boston, no adverse impacts are expected for the major metropolitan areas.
Unless there are significant changes that would warrant otherwise, expect this to be the final briefing for this wintry weather scenario.
Thank You!
Meteorologists: Andrew Loconto and Bryce Williams
