There have been no changes since our previous briefing. The Excessive Heat Watch remains in effect for interior northeast MA along with the lower elevations of western MA and northern CT for Tuesday through Friday. Dangerous heat and humidity is expected in the Tuesday through Friday time frame away from the Cape and Islands. Not much relief is anticipated at night either with overnight heat indices only dropping into the upper 60s to 70s.
