Good afternoon,
Attached is an updated briefing packet with the latest forecast information with regards to the extended period of hot weather Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday.
We also have potential for showers and thunderstorms sometime Sunday with conditions supporting the potential for an isolated severe storm or two. Confidence remains low on timing and strength.
Main update is an upgrade to an Extreme Heat Warning for much of southern New England and a Heat Advisory for the east slope of the Berkshires.
