We wanted to provide an update regarding the heavy rainfall and potential for flooding expected tonight through Tuesday. Confidence continues to increase, and a Flood Watch has been issued for all of northern Connecticut and central/western Massachusetts, in effect from 8 PM Monday through 8 PM Tuesday.
