Wanted to let you know that there are two webinars coming up this Thursday regarding the proposed changes to the National Weather Service (NWS) Watch/Warning and Advisory program, each of which will cover the same material:

The NWS proposal would eliminate all Advisories and Special Weather Statements (SPS) and streamline all sub-Watch/Warning-level information into a plain-language statement. You may download a 1-page handout on the proposed changes here.
