Good afternoon everyone,

Since our last update at 1 pm, a Flash Flood Watch (graphic attached) has been issued for late Wednesday into Thursday for all of CT, RI and southeast MA, including Cape Cod and the Islands.  Two to four inches of rainfall (graphic attached) with locally higher amounts possible, combined with small rivers and streams already running above normal, may result in flooding (including urban and poor drainage flooding) late Wednesday into Thursday.
