We wanted to give everyone a heads up that there is a risk for heavy rainfall today that could lead to localized flash flooding across portions of west/central MA and CT.  In addition to the flash flood threat, there is also a chance for isolated severe thunderstorms that could produce damaging wind gusts or small haill.
