Good afternoon,

A strong ocean storm will pass well southeast of Nantucket Friday night and Saturday morning. This will bring strong winds to coastal areas especially along Cape Cod, Martha's Vineyard, and Nantucket. Ocean areas will have strong winds and high seas.

The wind may combine with light snow accumulation on the Cape and Islands as well as coastal Plymouth County. This would create slick travel Friday night into Saturday morning. Actual snow amounts will range from a coating to 2 inches.

Please see the details below for more information. Attached are graphics depicting the wind, wave heights, and snow.
