What has changed:
  • Winter Storm Warnings issued for the entire state of Connecticut, western-central MA into most of RI, for 5 to 9 inches of snow, with highest amounts across the high terrain of western MA/CT. 
  • Elsewhere, Winter Weather Advisories are in effect from 7 pm Mon to 7 pm Tue, for 2 to 5 inches.
