Attached is the latest briefing concerning the heavy rainfall this morning into Tuesday morning. We have also attached the Day 1 Excessive Rainfall Outlook by the Weather Prediction Center. Heavy rain has moved into Western MA and CT overnight, before overspreading the rest of Southern New England by later this morning. The threat for widespread flash flooding is low given the prolonged nature of this event.
