Forecast confidence has increased that the remnants of Tropical Storm Debby will track well to the west of southern New England.  Latest rainfall total estimates continue to drop, with probabilities of 2 inches of rain now less than 30%.  The threat for flash flooding also continues to decrease.

This will be the last briefing unless there are major changes in the forecast.
