Attached is an updated briefing focusing on the heat and humidity through Saturday. No real changes in the latest update.

Today...

- Isolated strong to severe storms this afternoon and evening. Risk highest this afternoon across the I-495 corridor into SE MA. This evening the risk shifts to western MA/CT.

Saturday...

- Last day of heat and humidity on tap for this stretch.

- As with previous update Heat Advisories may be needed for CT/RI and SE MA. Heat Indices of 95-100+ are possible.

- Few strong to severe storms are not out of the question during the afternoon into the evening with the risk highest toward the I-95 corridor and south of the MA Turnpike.
