Attached is the latest information on the strong storm system bringing potentially damaging winds and minor flooding to southern New England Christmas Eve night and Christmas Day. Since the previous update all High Wind Watches have become Warnings.  We have increased wind speeds, wind gusts and rainfall amounts. Expect our next email briefing by 6 AM Thursday morning.
