Good afternoon everyone

We have gone ahead and issued a Flash Flood Watch across western & central Massachusetts as well as portions of northern Connecticut through 10 PM this evening.

The main concern is for slow moving thunderstorms that may result in localized 2 to 4 inch rainfall amounts in just an hour. This will result in the potential for localized

Flash Flooding. We will send a complete email with a graphic shortly.
