Attached is our latest briefing regarding the widespread rain and potential flooding on Sunday. The Flood Watch remains in effect from 2 AM Sunday through 2 AM Monday for much of southern New England. In addition, there could be isolated severe thunderstorms posing the risk of damaging wind gusts and there is a low risk of a brief tornado.
