Good morning everyone!

The main changes to the forecast were that the High Wind Warning was expanded to include all of eastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island. The Flood Watch was also expanded across the entire state of Connecticut, Rhode Island as well as central and portions of southeast Massachusetts. Attached is the latest one-page briefing along with several images depicting the Headlines in effect as well as the expected wind gusts and rainfall. We also did attach the expected wind gusts on Thursday given the potential need for cleanup and power restoration. This is the last planned briefing for this evening.
