We do not normally begin briefings this early, simply because we do not have the details most are looking for this far in advance. Given the heightened interest in this particular storm, we will begin briefings early, It is important to remember this is a 72+ hour forecast, and significant changes are likely with later forecasts. We still do not know the precise track and timing, both of which will be critical to specific outcomes. We will know more Wednesday, and even more Thursday.
