The forecast remains consistent with previous updates regarding the heat and humidity building into the region tomorrow through Wednesday. 

The most significant change with this update is that the Excessive Heat Watch for Tuesday has been converted to a Heat Advisory. Thus, there is a heat advisory in place for much of the region tomorrow through Tuesday. The Heat Advisory extends into Wednesday for northern Connecticut, northern Rhode Island, and portions of SE Massachusetts. The attached graphic shows the maximum extent of the heat advisory, which will be on Tuesday.
