[11-30-2022 PM] NWS Boston EM Briefing: Strong to Damaging Winds This Afternoon and Thursday
Good afternoon, Following is an updated one-page briefing and supporting graphics regarding strong south winds forecast for this afternoon into tonight, then resuming at strong levels again from the west on Thursday. There have been no significant changes to what was briefed this morning. South winds have started to become gusty and will continue to do so through this evening. A strong cold front will bring periods of briefly heavy rain tonight and turn the winds from the south to the west. While wind gusts are expected to ease overnight tonight, west wind gusts resume at strong levels again on Thursday. Expect the next briefing to be sent no later than *600 AM on Thursday*. Thank You!
