Details are below. *What: *Heat Advisory for heat indices of 95 to 104 *When & Where:* Today - All of southern New England except for the Berkshires, Franklin, western Hampshire and western Hampden counties, Nantucket, Martha's Vineyard, and Block Island. *Wh**at: *Isolated severe thunderstorms *When & Where:* Mainly from 2 PM to 10 PM, but isolated storms could develop earlier - all of southern New England.
