Good afternoon, Here is the latest briefing regarding the light mixed precipitation event tonight. The winter weather advisory was expanded eastward to Boston and southwest suburbs. The greatest risk for a coating to less than an inch of snow and a light glaze of ice will be across northern MA. There is also a low risk for some light icing across the higher terrain of northern CT and northwest RI, but confidence was not high enough to issue an advisory. Thanks.
