[04/09 AM] Emergency Management Briefing for Coastal Flooding and Winds Thursday
Good morning, No significant changes with respect to the coastal flood threat today. High astronomical tides will pose a risk for pockets of minor coastal flooding around the time of high tide, especially at the typically more vulnerable locations. Gusty west winds are likely behind a departing low pressure this evening. A *Wind Advisory* has been posted for all of Southern New England from 4 PM to 9 PM for west winds which could gust up to 50 mph. *Gale warnings* are posted for most of the southern New England coastal waters late tonight through Friday.
